IN 22 DAYS! Today I got some schoolwork done which is really great because there are A LOT of assignments between me and Japan still. I also made really delicious burritos for dinner so GO ME. My boyfriend and I have been showing our apartment like 3 times a day so I am really hoping someone takes over my lease because that is my one big tie to Montreal that needs to be severed ASAP. I spent many, many hours this past week researching which sites to see and which activities I’d like to do when we get to Kyoto. I am working on a draft itinerary so maybe I will post that when it’s done. xoxo Kiki

It’s all happening!

28 days until Kiki is firmly inside Japan

Well friends, followers (who are just like 10 of my friends at this point), there are only 28 days between me and Japan. I would be more excited if I didn’t have so much school work to finish between now and then. It’s a lot of work, on top of trying to find someone who will take over the lease on my apartment and my constant worrying about things like packing my belongings to have them shipped home (Victoria)… and the end of my relationship with my boyfriend of over four years which fills my days with lingering heartbreak. It is all very intimidating which is why I’m avoiding it for a few moments by writing here…
